1、统筹负责文秘、行政、人事、档案资料管理等工作。
2、做好经理室的参谋助手工作，协助处理公司重大事务。
3、协调公司与相关部门、单位的关系。
4、统筹负责公司重大活动的组织、实施和公司的宣传、策划以及后服务。
5、统筹负责公司仓库管理和零星物资、药剂的保管与发放；公司办公楼、门卫室及门卫的管理工作；公司的后勤及车辆管理等工作。
6、统筹负责公司生产经营的督查考核工作，公司的生产、技术维修和用户用水等情况的稽查及相关事宜的处理和公司安全生产管理工作。
7、统筹负责新增用户的手续办理；负责客户的来电、来访记录并交相关部门处理。
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1、35岁以下，2年以上办公室或其它部门、公司管理工作经验，熟悉办公室各项事务和流程，并具备丰富的实操经验；
2、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力和沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力，具备较强的抗压能力；
3、良好的语言表达和书面表达能力；
4、熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备；
5、稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业，勇于担当。
